Anyone can be a member! But before you get all hot and bothered, let's
look at what you'll need before you become a member. A driver's license
or photo ID, a credit card (Visa or Master card only), a phone number
and address. Besides that, we require only that you're human. While
we love and respect our animal friends, unfortunately they can't hold
memberships at this time.
Signing a membership application allows us to charge your credit
card account the following charges:
- Any unpaid charges: All late fees (full rental cost each extra day
for NEW RELEASE VHS, $3.99 a day for everything
else) are due at the time of return. If returned in drop slot, fees
may be charged at our convenience.
- The full value of any rented tape upon any failure by the cardholder
or other authorized person to return rented tapes within 10 days after
initial rental, in addition to 10 days late fee.
- Any damage to returned tapes from whatever the cause shall be charged
a $5.00 repair fee on fixable tapes,
or the full retail price if deemed unfixable. The purchase of "INSURANCE"
waives damages caused by VCR ONLY (costs only $0.25
per tape at time of rental).
- Le Video, Inc. may pursue other remedies other than preparing &
submitting credit card slips if it elects to do so.
- Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $10.00
in addition to all service charges charged to Le Video, Inc. by any
bank and damages equal to the larger of (i) $100.00
or (ii) up to three times the amount of the check.
The list below is a breakdown of our rental prices, packages and sales.
Frequent renters can save money by purchasing pre-paid rental packages.
New releases (in RED cases) are one-night rentals all other rentals
are three nights (in BLACK or WHITE cases). For every ten paid rentals
(package owners included), you receive one free rental. Also, members
receive one free rental on their birthdays with one paid rental.
Members are allowed up to six rentals on their account at one time.
Tape reservations can be held only for members with pre-paid rental
packages. Renewals can be done in person only. We will NOT
renew over the phone. Purchase of videotapes valued at $19.95 or more
on a membership account receive a free rental.

There is a $1.00 charge
per unrewound tape. You are responsible for any damage that occurs to
any rentals you check out. We are NOT responsible for VCR malfunctions

When a movie is late, the customer will be charged the full
rental price for each new release tape every day the tape is late.
For all other tapes and DVDs, the customer will be charged $3.99
plus tax per item, per day. As mentioned above, you can renew tapes
but this must be done in person. All movies are due in by 7:30 PM on
the due date. Tapes and DVDs can be returned after hours in the night
drop slots, but double tapes MUST be returned during store hours. If
late fees are not paid at time of return, late fees may be charged to
customer's credit card.

Le Video makes every possible effort to protect the privacy of your

sections 528 - 539, we now require a valid state ID to be presented
at the time of each rental. We apologize for any incovenience and urge
you to always plan to bring your valid state ID when considering a trip
